- You know I use to think the same no guns means people are going to be more safe. WRONG I have been assulted with a gun before. Shot during the attack. Let me tell you all that say no to guns you dont want to not have one when the bad guy has them.

- Thats the problem today with parents you all are saying oh poor little babies but you know what its good for them to see that the parent is not going to put up with it. My father did not put up with crap from me and I turned out ok. I thank him for being involved and teaching me right from wrong.

- This is what the economy needs the consumer needs it... its time for prices to drop... but Oil will go up and drive up prices again

- Again... the GOVT should be the blame for allowing our gas prices to go through the roof... that has caused all this

just wanted to say that high gas prices, even though they are dirt cheap compared to Europe, hell they are back to about 1.60 in MO, are not the cause for GM's problems. Their business model is why they are in the financial trouble they are in, too many dealers, expenses through the roof, selling at a loss, and horrible management, gas has been dropping since Mid-September, don't you think think things would be looking better for them now if it was gas? GM went through this in the 70s as well...when gas was cheap. Also the government is not entirely to blame for high gas either. I guess you forgot about all those big oil companies, they are the ones who control gas prices, not the government...Check your facts.
